Wayland IVI 扩展协议，版本 1.9.1

"Wayland IVI 扩展" 是从 IVI 层管理分叉出来的，通过 wayland 风格的协议定义一组通用的 API，并为可以加载到 Weston 上的参考实现提供支持。

用于 Qt Wayland 组合器，以及 Qt Wayland 平台插件。
