文本编解码器：EUC-KR

该 EUC-KR 文本编解码器提供 EUC-KR、KR 之间的转换，KR 是韩国 Unix 机器的旧有主要编码。

如果未使用 ICU，则在 Qt 核心中使用。使用 -icu 配置以避免。
