文本编码：Big5, Big5-HKSCS

Big5 编解码器（QBig5Codec，QBig5hkscsCodec）提供与 Big5 编码之间的转换。

如果未使用 ICU，则在 Qt Core 中使用。使用 -icu 配置以避免。

源代码可在 qt5compat/src/core5/codecs/qbig5codec.cpp 中找到。
