XdgDecorationManagerV1 扩展提供了一个组合器声明支持服务器端窗口装饰的方法，并允许 xdg-shell 客户端通讯其是否更喜欢客户端或服务器端装饰。

XdgDecorationManagerV1 对应于 Wayland 接口，zxdg_decoration_manager_v1。
